We're looking for someone bilingual in Spanish/English who has strong organizational skills and a passion for maintaining high standards. Key Responsibilities : General cleaning: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas Trash removal and restocking supplies Following cleaning checklists and client preferences Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism Requirements : Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone Must pass a background check Spanish-speaking preferred (Se prefiere que hable espaol) Contract to Full-Time : Start as a 6-month contractor with the potential to move to a full-time role with benefits!
