Contract-to-Hire
RESPONSIBILITIES
A basic understanding of the FMS, including document numbering, naming, and filing
Support project team members regarding the FMS, and the implementation thereof
Support the Quality Management System by ensuring that project documents and deliverables have been annotated with correct FMS data
Understand how a range of technical documentation from external sources must be organized in accordance with the FMS Maintain Plan Status, External Document Register, Internal Document Register
Provide document control for an entire project
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience working with document control and / or file management systems preferred
SharePoint knowledge preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
