Job Title: JIRA/Confluence Administrator

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a JIRA/Confluence Administrator to manage and support Atlassian tools in a hybrid environment based in Phoenix, AZ .
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience migrating JIRA and Confluence from Data Center to Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) and is familiar with API integrations , Linux systems , and AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Atlassian JIRA and Confluence platforms
• Lead and support migration from Atlassian Data Center to Atlassian Cloud
• Configure workflows, fields, permissions, plugins, and integrations
• Use Atlassian migration tools (JCMA, CCMA) to perform and validate cloud migration
• Manage user access, SSO integration , and identity provider connections (Okta, Azure AD)
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Atlassian tools and integrations
• Maintain system performance, availability, and documentation
• Implement best practices for JIRA/Confluence Cloud , including governance and versioning
• Monitor logs, automate tasks, and integrate APIs as needed
• Support environments hosted on Linux and AWS
• Ensure compliance and secure access to enterprise systems

Preferred/Additional Skills:

• CI/CD pipeline awareness.
• Understanding of geospatial workflows or data integration (a plus).
• Experience with Java environments.
• Familiarity with third-party Atlassian marketplace plugins.
