Job Description
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our vibrant nail salon. If you're great with customer service and already familiar with the salon atmosphere—whether from behind the desk or as a client—we'd love to meet you!
Hours Available:
Weekends
Evenings
We’re flexible within these timeframes, and we’re especially looking for someone who can be consistent and punctual.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
Answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
Process transactions using our POS system
Keep the front desk area tidy and stocked with necessary materials
Communicate effectively with nail techs and clients about wait times or service updates
Handle basic customer inquiries and help resolve minor concerns professionally
Clean/Straighten up as needed.
Assist salon manager as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a salon environment (either as a customer or employee)
Confident using point-of-sale (POS) systems and booking software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A calm, pleasant demeanor—even during busy hours
Dependability and strong attention to detail
A passion for nails, beauty, and creating a great client experience
Compensation & Perks:
Starting at $15/hour , based on experience
