Role Description
We are looking for 3 Part-time/Fulltime Hybrid Sales Associate role located in Phoenix, AZ. Two Positons can be Remote dependent on areas and expeirence. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales, customer service, and account management, email funneling and development of all B2B for marine industry related partners. Shopify platform experience a huge plus!

Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven, personable, and goal-oriented Sales Associate with the potential to grow into a Sales Manager role. This role is ideal for someone with e-commerce or B2B sales experience and a desire to grow in a booming marine lifestyle brand. You’ll help us scale our presence domestically and internationally, developing new relationships in the marine industry while nurturing current accounts.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B accounts in the marine accessories industry
• Develop and manage sales funnels and email outreach campaigns
• Maintain CRM systems and sales reporting
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Represent Shorehitch at trade shows and industry events (travel required 10–15%)
• Assist in executing sales strategies and reporting directly to upper management
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on product rollouts and lead gen campaigns
• Learn the product line in-depth to advise and educate clients
