Blackstone’s Global Fund Finance team is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join the team in support of business growth. Responsibilities include calculating and reviewing monthly estimate and final Fund NAV’s, analyzing NAV reconciliations with various third-party administrators and custodians, reviewing and reconciling management and performance fees, client capital statements, fund foreign currency exposure and coordinating hedging, assisting and coordinating team members in responding to client requests, reviewing customized client reporting including calculation of time weighted returns and IRRs, reviewing monthly revenue reporting and assisting in review of projections, assisting in the setup and launch of new products and Funds, reviewing cash flow analysis reporting to support the investment process, reviewing capital call and distribution calculations and investor notices, collaborating with offshore resources with NAV production, collaborating with Operations teams including Middle Office, Pricing, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Legal and Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting, processing investor payments, utilizing technology and outsourced solutions to enhance efficiencies and controls, overseeing service providers to achieve superior service, overseeing expense budgeting, hedging and cash reconciliation, certain client reporting functions, and fund structuring and restructuring, working with reporting teams to properly present data in audited financial statements and regulatory filings, and reviewing legal documents for fund accounting process considerations. Qualifications include BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance, 6+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience / 6+ years of public or private accounting experience, experience in private equity and/or hedge funds and/or audit preferred, knowledge of SEC/relevant regulatory filings for investment funds preferred, CPA preferred, audit experience preferred, strong Excel skills preferred, excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time, and being a collaborative team player. Additional duties may be assigned at Blackstone's discretion.
