We are seeking an organized, analytical, and tech-savvy digital marketer with 6+ years of experience specializing in paid search and performance-driven digital media channels, including Google Ads, Bing, and metasearch. If you excel in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaign management, optimization, and analytics, this role is perfect for you. In this position, you'll take on a hands-on keyboard role, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in paid search. You'll collaborate closely with internal planning and buying teams and contribute to impactful, data-driven results. This position reports to the Digital Media Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES

Own PPC Campaign Execution: Manage hands-on execution for paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and metasearch channels, ensuring performance goals are met. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for PPC strategies and tactics, focusing on performance optimization and ROI. Analyze and optimize campaigns through keyword adjustments, bid strategies, and creative testing. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide campaign performance reports with a focus on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and total conversions. Work closely with internal teams to deliver multi-channel media programs that are on strategy, on time, and within budget. Maintain proactive communication with the account service team to inform them of placement updates and campaign progress. Billing and Reconciliation: Oversee the accurate reconciliation of media invoices for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with campaign budgets. Maintain and update client flowcharts and digital grids as necessary to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign objectives and deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 6+ years of paid search (PPC) experience, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Bing, and metasearch. Proven track record of optimizing paid search campaigns for performance metrics like CPC, ROAS, and CTR. 5+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data to drive performance optimizations and strategy. Skills: Advanced knowledge of PPC tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, metasearch tools). Strong understanding of performance media metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS) and how to apply them to campaign evaluation. Proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance reporting tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional multitasking abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

Google Ads Certifications (e.g., Search, Display, Shopping). Familiarity with paid media dashboard tools like Google Data Studio or other dashboard platforms. Passion for performance-driven media and staying updated on paid search trends and innovations.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Note: This role primarily focuses on paid search and performance-driven digital channels (PPC). Programmatic and other paid social channels may be incorporated as needed based on the agency's and clients' evolving needs. SEO is not within the scope of this position.
